Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

  • Design graphics event related signage requirements and manage full process from creation to production.
  • Create, design, edit visual assets to be used in presentations, proposals, collateral and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with internal teams and/or clients to develop and produce innovative design and branding concepts for trade show exhibits.
  • Support and contribute to Company brand development across all marketing channels, including digital and print collateral.
  • Assume lead role on assigned projects and ensure successful execution from conception to completion.


  • Minimum 5+ years print and digital graphic design experience in corporate communications, agency and branding.
  • Experience with trade show exhibit and large format graphics.
  • Experience within one or more segments of B2B communications, branding or marketing experience required.
  • Knowledge of large format printing an asset.
  • Production experience an asset.
  • Understanding of digital space and social media marketing.
  • Experience in web design an asset.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint and Word).
  • Fluency in WordPress an asset.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design.

Exhibits Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Exhibits Team.

You are a team player who thrives in a fast‐paced, deadline‐oriented environment and can seamlessly work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines. You are self‐motivated and take pride in a solution based attitude and exceeding delivery expectations.

Your solid understanding of corporate branding, trade show marketing and industry trends along with your demonstrated success in exhibit sales position you as an ideal candidate to join our team.


  • Identify and pursue exhibit sales opportunities in Stronco shows
  • Manage and expand portfolio of existing accounts
  • Oversee full project cycle from quotation to production and set‐up and delivery
  • Play a key role in exceeding departmental sales targets

Skill Requirements:

  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience an asset.
  • 3+ years experience in exhibits sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of Octanorm or AGAM based products an asset.
  • Exceptionally customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extremely detail oriented with natural ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong conceptual and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to show site.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.

AZ Truck Driver

We are currently hiring an AZ Driver to facilitate the delivery and pick-up of equipment to and from our warehouse facility in Mississauga and different event venues (primarily within the GTA and surrounding area).


  • Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of equipment to and from event venues
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections on vehicles
  • Ensure the vehicle maintenance and repair is current and up-to-date
  • Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • May be required to load or off-load equipment when required


  • Minimum 3 years experience with valid license
  • Must be able to drive standard
  • Clean abstract
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and mature demeanor under stressful situations
  • Willingness to work overtime and a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma minimum
